Learn More: Instagram @up.Ur.FitJob Summary: The Accounts and Admin role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and administrative efficiency of the organization. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and track accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements as required by management.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance withstatutory financial policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.Requirements:
- Education: Master’ (preferred)/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience of 3-5 years in accounting or administrative roles.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and good communication skills.
- Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
