Role Overview We are looking for a passionate Studio / Design Head with 8–10 years of experience to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and contribute to strategic projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that are innovative, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals.What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery Lead & inspire a team of talented designers Collaborate with Consultants, Vendors, and Marketing teams Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders - Collaborate with clients & translate their vision Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards Set new benchmarks in design innovation. What We're Looking For: 8–10 years of experience in interior design/ architecture Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and creative thinking Strong portfolio across corporate & residential projects leadership + project management skills Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience mentoring and leading design teams Proficiency in design tools (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, etc.) Why Join Us: Because design is our language, and you'll get to script some of the boldest stories in it.
