In our ‘always on’ world, we believe it’s essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do.Under general supervision, is responsible for developing, implementation of new automation equipments and coordinating method and processes to improve output of new and established priorities.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

Identification new opportunities and designing new automation equipment / processes within the manufacturing process.Plan / develop and implement method and production processes to minimize operation time and improve equipment utility.Study and develop alternatives to modify equipment and introducing new methods to reduce production cost. Work individually on SPM projects in-order to improve process time, efficiency and throughput.Simulating and testing equipment / processes to ensure they function as desiredCollecting data and working on reports to outline new concepts, production outcomes, and ongoing efficiencyProgramming, developing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment / processesTroubleshooting automated equipment / processes when errors occur. Also Works in close co-ordination with works coordinators and Operations Supervisors to ensure Establishment of work priorities / schedulesManagement of a project team and training staff on implemented equipment / processes or on any changes to existing onesElaborate actions plan to prevent non-conformity product situationWill help Analyzing and addressing production defects with Quality RepresentativesWorks on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Will be required to participate in activities that require frequent time spent on the manufacturing floor and occasionally working outdoors.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor's in Engineering with minimum 8+ years of relevant working experience in a medium volume / mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on automation in manufacturing processes.Having good knowledge over pneumatic / hydraulic / PLC / mechatronics aspects of machineries.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

Experience in field of automation specially developing and deployment of new equipment. Core competence to improve machine efficiency. Should have knowledge on Solidworks / AutoCAD software and TPM practice.PMP certification.
