AI Agent Developer (On-Site, Full-Time | Jaipur/Delhi NCR)

We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Developer to join our team and build next-generation AI workflows and products. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will be working directly with the founder — rapid prototyping, vibe-coding, and deploying real products in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and orchestrate AI Agents using no-code and low-code tools (Cursor, n8n, LangChain, CrewAI, Retool, Bubble).
  • Integrate LLMs with APIs, webhooks, and databases to create autonomous workflows.
  • Design, test, and deploy AI pipelines (RAG, automation flows, CRM/ops agents).
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate in front of the founder — speed and execution > perfection.
  • Stay on top of emerging AI agent frameworks and apply them to real products.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of no-code/low-code AI agent development tools like Cursor, n8n, Make, Retool.
  • Experience stitching LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) with databases (Postgres, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Comfort with fast debugging, API integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Bonus: Python/JavaScript for deeper customization.
  • Hustler mindset — can ship MVPs in days, not months.

Location

  • On-Site, Jaipur/Delhi NCR (must be physically present).

Compensation
