This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping, implementing, and continuously improving our health, safety, and wellbeing strategy across a complex business footprint that includes both manufacturing sites and a large retail network. Going beyond compliance, tactically you will provide support to embed safety into operational decision-making, identify risks, eliminate hazards, and foster a culture of shared responsibility at all levels of Stratco. This will incorporate the development and enhancement of group-wide WH&S strategies, policies, and frameworks, partnering with various stakeholders to entrench safety as a core business value. For this pivotal role, we’re seeking a proactive safety leader who can further ingrain safety into our culture and operations—building a dynamic, continuously evolving program that drives improvement across multiple sites. Success in this position will require a balance of strategic vision and practical execution, along with the ability to influence and inspire a safety-first mindset that exceeds regulatory requirements. A background in manufacturing or engineering is highly desirable, and relevant tertiary qualifications are essential. Two countries. One mission.
