Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Production: Ensure that production operations comply with quality specifications and standards.
• Issuing and Controlling Documents: Issue and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and finished product labels.
• Filling and Reviewing Records: Review and maintain records such as BMRs, Batch Control Records (BCRs), and analysis records before product release.
• Sampling: Perform sampling, maintain proper records, and ensure sampling tools are properly sanitized.
• Line Clearance: Ensure line clearance is performed before starting new operations or changing products.
• Verifying Compliance: Ensure the manufacturing facility adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Supporting Audits: Assist in supporting regulatory inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Coordinating with Quality Control and Production: Collaborate with the quality control department for sampling and testing to ensure product quality.

Qualifications:

B. Pharma or equivalent degree.

Male candidates only.

Experience: 6-12 Months

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Knowledge of GMP and SOPs is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and quality control expertise.
