Job Title: Accounts & Administration Executive
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
Accounts:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and expense management.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Administration:
- Oversee end-to-end office administration including procurement, vendor management, and asset management.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
- Organize company events, travel arrangements, and office activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations and facilities.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees for administrative requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Accounts & Administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
