Electrical Foreman

Job Summary: The Electrical Foreman will oversee and manage the daily operations and activities of the electrical team on various projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in electrical systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components on-site.

Coordinate with the Project Manager and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

upervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and training as needed.

Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.

Assist in planning and scheduling electrical work to align with overall project schedules.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as an electrician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent/ Btech electrical
• Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
