Additional duties include monitoring and managing contract changes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with other team members to document project progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.QualificationsExperience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Budget ManagementProficiency in Project Management Software such as Primavera P6 and MS ProjectExpertise in Contract Administration, Monitoring, and Risk AssessmentExcellent Analytical and Numerical SkillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fieldRelevant professional certifications are a plus
