What You'll Do:

This role will be responsible for end-to-end management - from overseeing daily admin activities to driving the productivity and performance of our calling agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Tirupati office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Drive collection performance and agent productivity to meet targets.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, resource planning, and compliance.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure training needs are met.
  • Act as the key point of contact for local stakeholders and management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in collections/credit recovery, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Proficiency in handling high-volume teams and achieving performance goals.
  • Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh market and local language fluency preferred.
