Job Title Apprentice Guest Service Associate (GSA) Location Pan GHL Department Food & Beverage Services Reports To Outlet Manager/Shift Supervisor Job Summary We are hiring freshers as Apprentice to join our Food & Beverage outlets at the airport. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. Apprentices will receive hands-on training in customer service, food handling, and outlet operations in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at service counters and dining areas. Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation. Operate billing systems and handle cash/card transactions. Respond to guest queries and escalate issues when necessary. Support stock management and daily inventory checks. Follow airport safety, hygiene, and security protocols. Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum 10 pass as per NAPS guidelines Experience: No prior experience required freshers are welcome. Language Preference: For Goa Airport: Basic understanding of Konkani preferred. Other Requirements Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu for Hyderabad and Konkani for Goa). Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Energetic, punctual, and eager to learn. Presentable and customer-focused.
