Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of workParticipate in new Business DevelopmentDeliver customer projects successfullyManage customer expectations and relationshipEnsure that projects are delivered in line with EPAM process and methodologiesAddress Customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account ManagerMake sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagementsIdentify and Manage engagement risks and flag major issues earlyParticipate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource schedulingPrepare engagement revenue and resource forecastsPrepare engagement timesheets and billing informationPrepare weekly/monthly engagement reportsPrepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully Implement projects; develop the project plan incorporating all project variablesEstablish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costsAssist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions

Requirements

Minimum experience required is 10-15 years in software industryHands-on experience in coding (10-13 years)6+ years project management experience with end-to-end deliveryStrong understanding of software development; Java background is a mustExcellent communication, presentation, and planning skillsExceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong experience of executing projects in Agile MethodologyShould have strong experience of HLD & LLDUnderstand of technical architectureUnderstanding of ENG/coding best practices (along with tools they have used on their projects)Understanding of CI/CD (Assess on sandbox strategy, CI CD approach and design)Understanding of Test Automation
