A QC-QA Chemist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet stringent quality as per set specification by Nehal Naturals and diverse regulatory standards as required by the international marketing demands. This dual role combines the responsibilities of both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), involving experience and understanding of laboratory testing and oversight of quality systems and compliance.


 QC and Documentation Executive Role

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to develop, streamline and maintain documentation for our various international clients in line with their regulatory requirements.

Designation:

Executive/Senior Executive - QC and Documentation Executive

Qualifications:

B. Pharma/M. Pharma or B.Sc./M.Sc.

Experience:

Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the QC and documentation preferably in the field of Herbal Extracts. Candidates with similar experience in the Pharma industry may also apply.

  Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop / Maintain Specs, COA, PFC, COC, SDS, Certificate of Allergens and other related documents for the various standardized herbal extracts/powders/products handled by Nehal Naturals  

·       Document and maintain analytical methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing and process control

·       Coordinate special analysis that are outsourced to testing houses, Document and report all test results accurately, maintaining thorough records in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

·       Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and non-conformances, and participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) … and provide appropriate response to the clients.

·       Maintain records of batch number, samples received and dispatched for proper tracebility.

Good relevant technical knowledge is primary requirement.

Exceptional communication skills in English.

Adaptability to diverse situations.

Proficiency in MS Office.
