Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
T24 Data Migration Developer
to lead and execute data migration activities for T24 core banking system implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and migration techniques, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth transition throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for T24 implementations.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems into T24 target structures.
  • Design and implement robust data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define and meet data requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality and reliable migration outcomes.
  • Document migration processes including ETL procedures, mapping documents, and reporting.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to team members on best practices.
  • Participate in post-migration reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
