In this role you will be developing, testing, and deploying Large Language models (LLMs), NLP Models, Predictive models, Recommendation systems, and other analytical solutions.This role involves leading end-to-end model development, from problem formulation to implementation, including MLOps practices.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Develop AI-based applications and algorithmsDesign, test, and build software components for AI applicationsCollaborate with data scientists on algorithm developmentCreate prototypes and proofs-of-concept for new ideasLead model development, implementation and deployment end-to-end incl. MLOps. You will be driving problem formulation, modeling approach, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoringPartner with product managers to drive productization of ideas into shippable solutionsCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Who You Are:

4-6 years of relevant experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch).Experience in building end-to-end machine learning solutions in NLPExperience using, finetuning Generative AI modelsProficient in collaborative development tools and practices (GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps)Strong communication and project leadership abilitiesTeamwork and collaboration skills

What You've Accomplished:

4 - 6 years of development experience preferably in a product development company.Strong knowledge of programming language like Python, JavaNeed to be strong problem solver and critical thinker.In-depth knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization.Proficiency with DNN frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data sets.Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes.Good Communication skills.Experience working on Kubernetes/Cloud architected solutions would be an added advantage.Experience with cloud-based orchestration technologies, e.g. Airflow, KubeFlow, etc.#LI-MC3
