About Role:

Looking for a Associateproficient in working with implementation partners (NGOs &social enterprises) experienced in need identification programconcept creation and delivering end to end execution of projects(preferably healthcare programs). They should have knowledge onmonitoring evaluation & reporting of theprojects.

Responsibilities:

  • Workon end to end program management Strategy design implementation andprogram monitoring for projects related to publichealth.
  • Preparing customized proposals per therequirement of the corporates/grant givingagencies
  • Conduct prospect research to identifycultivate and solicit new project implementationpartners
  • Invite and provide evidencebasedfeedback in a timely and constructivemanner.
  • Independently manage externalstakeholder conversations with corporates as well as implementationpartners
  • Work with existing processes/systemswhilst making constructive suggestions forimprovements.
  • Work on based data and analysisfor program management and insights.
  • Followrisk management and complianceprocedures.
  • Communicate confidently in a clearconcise and articulate manner verbally and in writtenform.
  • Seek opportunities to learn about othercultures and other parts of the business across the service linesof Samhita.
  • Uphold the firms code of ethics andbusiness conduct
  • Support the interns andvolunteers for field research survey and developing information onSamhitaVerticals.

QualificationsSkills &Experience:

  • 2 years ofexperience of having worked in the development and healthcaresector
  • Experience in healthcare related programimplementation operations and/ormanagement
  • Ability to structureprojects/engagements for the team
  • StrongInterpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strongproject management skills managing complex multifaceted projectsresulting in measurable successes.
  • Demonstratedsuccess of developing and evaluating program models and NGOs andselecting and operationalizingprograms.
  • Experience in healthcare policymaking/ conceptualizing & implementing healthcare programs willbe preferred
  • Experience of engaging withInternational clients and working in onsiteoffshoreenvironment
  • Ability to contribute beyond thedefined scope of work
  • Demonstrated experienceof contributing in firm and knowledgebuilding
  • Candidate with medical and businessdegrees are encouraged to apply aswell
