We are looking for an individual contributor who wants to own implementation end-to-end:

  • Drive ISO ISMS) and ISO AIMS) implementations for clients and for KairosVector itself.
  • Prepare organizations for certification, from gap analysis to external audit readiness.
  • Build policies, controls, and documentation that actually work in practice and not just on paper.
  • Align with global frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, NIS2, CRA, IEC to broaden impact.

What we expect

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity GRC, with proven implementation track record.
  • Deep hands-on experience in ISO 27001; strong exposure to ISO full projects or pilot implementations).
  • Preferred: Lead Auditor certifications, plus CISM, CISSP, CRISC
  • Good to have: Experience in a Big 4 consulting environment or equivalent structured advisory role

Mandatory certifications
:

  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
  • ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer

Package

Salary
: ₹18 – ₹25 LPA (depending on experience)

Location
: Hybrid-role.
