Python Developer/Lead

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Python developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the Python programming language.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Architect scalable and maintainable Python-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

- Develop robust APIs, web services, and backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models to support application functionality and performance.

- Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines to ensure code quality, reliability, and deployment efficiency.

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Python development and software engineering, and share knowledge with the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in production systems, and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability and stability.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Python developer, with at least 7 years of experience in Python-based web development and application architecture.

- Strong proficiency in the Python programming language, including knowledge of core language features, libraries, and frameworks.

- Experience leading or managing a team of developers, with demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

- Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and proficiency in building RESTful APIs and web services.

- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, and database optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred :

- Certification in Python programming or related technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
