UI Developer (3-5 years of experience)
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Developer with 3-5 years of industry experience to join our creative and innovative development team. As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create visually appealing and intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand the needs of the business and end-users.
● Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
● Translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive and responsive web pages.
● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
● Optimize user interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
● Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve usability and user experience.
● Collaborate with designers to ensure the implementation of consistent and visually appealing UI designs.
● Work closely with backend developers to integrate user interfaces with
server-side functionality.
● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
● Contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices.
● Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a UI Developer or similar role.
● Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
● Experience with open frameworks such as React, Angular.
● Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).● Knowledge of CSS pre-processing tools (e.g., Sass, Less) and build tools (e.g., webpack, gulp).
● Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Familiarity with user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus on technical training. Proficiency in developing technical training content and materials. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
