Boeing India Private Ltd. is currently seeking a high performing Experienced S&F Protection Multi Op Spec (S&FP Operations) to join our team. Candidate must be adaptive and quick learner. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.
Position Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leads team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations including managing service delivery, training, quality assurance, and team development.
- Demonstrates expertise in operation center functions including shift scheduling, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrates expertise in security risk impact analysis, including monitoring and analysis of events that could result in impacts to our people, property, product, or information.
- Overseas and maintains processes that support enterprise crisis management functions.
- Support security programs, business goals and objectives in alignment with the Global Security Activity strategy and standards.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to key stakeholders and team members during high stress situations.
- Provides expert technical guidance and oversight of various security tools and systems.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the campus
- Provides professional development support and guidance to team members.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Prior practical experience of managing AMS, VMS, FAP, Emergency Response, in a corporate office / campus
- Experience in report writing, data management, conducting drills etc.
- Languages – Fluent in Hindi and English (essential) and Kannada (desirable)
- Proficient in producing written plans and an effective and confident communicator
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexible shift rotation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :
- Good knowledge of working with Access Management System, Video Management System, Guard Tour System, Key Management System, Fire Alarm Panel, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS world (Word, Excel, PPT etc).
- Sound knowledge of all security infrastructure (Access Doors, Bollards, Boom Barriers, CCTV, Public Announce System etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.
Typical Education & Experience:
- Typically, 8+ years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master, etc.), preferred, but not required.
