Communications Manager– Noida | Reports to Senior Partner We’re looking for an experienced communication professional to lead the firm’s PR, media engagement, content strategy, and digital presence. The role is central to how the firm is seen—by clients, the press, and the market. It calls for someone who can shape narratives, manage reputation, and align internal and external communications with institutional priorities. What you’ll own a. Manage firm-wide communication—internal, external, digital, and media. b. Drive and supervise press relations, develop strong media networks (domestic and global), and ensure clear, consistent messaging. c. Draft, edit, and curate high-impact content: press notes, thought leadership, award submissions, website copy, social media, and client-facing updates. d. Collaborate with attorneys to translate complex legal content into strategic narratives that serve firm goals. e. Lead integrated campaigns that cut across practice areas, platforms, and stakeholders. f. Maintain a tight handle on brand standards, tone of voice, and digital presence—especially across LinkedIn and key legal media. g. Track media metrics, social engagement, and campaign performance. Bring clarity to what’s working and what’s not. h. Help run events, webinars, and recognition platforms that reinforce the firm’s market standing. What we’re looking for 5–8 years in communications, PR, or journalism, ideally with experience in the legal or professional services industry. Strong writing skills and editorial judgment. If you’ve ghostwritten or shaped senior leadership messaging, even better. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and projects with minimal supervision. Sound understanding of digital media, visual content, and reputation risk. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, WordPress. Comfort with social media platforms and basic design tools is a plus. Education Degree in Communication, Mass Communication, or related field. Law graduates or experience in a legal setup will be viewed favourably. Compensation We offer a competitive package benchmarked to top-tier professional services firms.
