Key Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Responsibilities :
  • Lead Generation and Cold Calling : Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate leads.
  • Client Meetings : Schedule and conduct meetings with builders, contractors, and potential clients to present our services and capabilities.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closure : Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Marketing Campaigns : Develop and implement marketing strategies, and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Client Referrals : Encourage and follow up on client referrals to convert them into new business opportunities.
  1. Interior Design Responsibilities :
  • Design Conceptualization : Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop designs that align with their vision.
  • Project Management : Develop project schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Visits and Monitoring : Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Client Interaction : Maintain strong relationships with clients, provide regular updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control and Safety : Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

  • Strong Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Negotiation Skills : Proficiency in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms.
  • Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Technical Knowledge : Understanding of interior design processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Creative and Detail-Oriented : Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Customer Focus : Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s reputation.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and interior design.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD and SketchUp, V-ray or Lumion, 3ds Max).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
