Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Software Engineer
to join our
Customer and Partner Success Services
team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing solutions for the
Adobe Partner Platform
. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA, Release Management, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and business-critical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business-critical solutions leveraging cloud-based services on AWS/Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams including Business Solution Analysts, QA, Release Management, and Operations throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Architect, build, and unit test integrations using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring compliance with coding and quality standards.
• Work with QA teams to validate integrations and partner with Operations to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in solution design reviews, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code within agreed project timelines.
• Continuously explore and adopt AI-driven development tools (e.g., , Copilot, Agentic AI) to streamline and accelerate the software development process.
• Contribute to Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and frameworks (primarily Spring Boot).
• Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Proven expertise in developing and scaling cloud-native services on AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern UI framework preferred).
• Solid understanding of SQL and database design principles.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex systems and identifying multiple solutions.
• Exposure to AI-powered coding and automation tools to enhance productivity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.
• Experience delivering enterprise IT solutions using Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with API security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks for cloud-based applications
