The School of Management in IILM University Gurugram delivers undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctoral programs with focus on interdisciplinary curriculum in conformity to tenets of the National Education Policy 2020. Additionally, IILM University runs state –of- art incubation centre to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

Assistant Professor & Associate Professor

School of Management, IILM University, Gurgaon

Minimum Educational Qualification

Ph.D. Degree in Business, Management, Technology related discipline or Allied areas and

A Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks (or equivalent grade)

Areas

Finance & Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Design Thinking, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Technology, Analytics, HR Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Human Resource

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of teaching and research experience in an academic or research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution and a minimum of 5 years for Associate Professor

Publications

High quality publication in reputed journals; Evidence of published work in the form of a research paper, article, book, policy etc.

Additional Skills

Excellent MS-Office Skills;

Professional Communication Skills

Desirable

Experience of Institution-building activities;

Exposure or experience of startup/incubator

Awareness or Experience of NEP Framework;

Industry experience; Working knowledge and experience of SAS/SPSS/PoweBI and AI-based tools;

Experience of guiding Doctoral or Research students

Job requirement

Deliver the course modules by adopting innovative and effective teaching pedagogies in areas of specialization or related areas; Carry out academic-related activities for UG, PG and Ph.D. programs; Engage in active research in cutting-edge areas of specialization or related areas; Involve in institution-building activities; To develop a culture of Industry-connect, Consultancy projects; To support or work towards establishment of CoE;

To support Student-based and Faculty-development activities
