Role Overview: We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help shape and elevate user experiences across our website and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into functional and beautiful digital interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design efforts for web and mobile platforms (i OS, Android, responsive web). Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Translate product requirements and user insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions. Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system across products. Optimize designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing. Keep up with industry trends and apply best practices in UI/UX, interaction design, and visual storytelling. Key Requirements: 4–6 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in tech/product companies. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive designs. Experience working in Agile teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and polished UI. Good to Have: Experience in Ed Tech, travel, or marketplace platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Java Script for better design-developer handoffs. Motion/animation design using tools like After Effects or Lottie.
