We are looking for a UI UX Designer who has a strong eye for design, understands how users think, and knows how to bring interfaces to life through motion and interaction.This role is ideal for someone who loves creating beautiful, functional websites and enjoys working closely with developers, project managers, and creative teams to turn concepts into polished digital products.What You Will Do Design modern, conversion-focused website interfaces for businesses across multiple industriesCreate wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity UI designsDesign smooth animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experienceBuild interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design intentEstablish and maintain strong visual systems including typography, spacing, color, and layoutCollaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accuratelyIterate on designs based on feedback and performance goalsEnsure designs are responsive, accessible, and visually consistent across devicesWhat We Are Looking For Strong UI design skills with a clean, modern aestheticExperience designing websites, not just mobile appsSolid understanding of UX principles, usability, and user behaviorExperience creating animations or motion designs for web interfacesAbility to think beyond static screens and design engaging interactionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environmentStrong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearlyRequired Tools and Skills Figma is requiredExperience with Adobe tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a plusMotion tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar are a strong plusBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web layouts is preferredExperience working with developers or handing off designs for productionBonus Points Experience with branding and design systemsExperience designing high-end business or agency websitesUnderstanding of performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practicesWhy Tell Byte Fully remote and long-term positionWork on real projects with real impactCreative freedom with clear directionOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling digital companyDesign-focused culture that values quality and detail
