They will bring a passion for gathering requirements, business partnerengagement, project management skills, and use case validation as well as being inspired by driving cross-functional teams together to complete projects successfully. Act as a bridge between our Business Applications and Finance teams to ensure the timely delivery of large and small projects, collaborating with teams ofengineers, financial professionals, business intelligence experts and moreBuild a deep understanding of stakeholder use cases to ensure and validate that the technical teams are driving towards the best solutions.Leverage technical & business analyst skills to build comprehensive requirement docs and project plans as well as validate executionActively help cross-functional teams estimate and decompose complex projects into manageable parts with delivery plans. Track progress against those plans and facilitate trade-off discussions on scope, schedule or resources.Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on program-level plans, progress and qualityThis role requires

8+ years of applicable systems delivery experience in a scaled agile environment, preferably for a mid sized to large company responsible for managing enterprise-level applicationsExperience working with SaaS billing tools, ideally Zuora, Netsuite, Braintree, and AvalaraKnowledge of forecasting and BI tools such as Anaplan, Periscope and TableauExperience working with ERP platforms like Netsuite, Oracle or SAPSQL and data analysis skills preferred but not requiredExperience with program/portfolio management toolsets (JIRA/Confluence)Experience gathering requirements translating business requirements into Technical requirementsRecognizes the importance of continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to streamline/optimize current practices in order to shorten delivery schedules, improve quality, and/or increase efficiencyStrong technical skills: ability to quickly learn new systems and softwareStrong analytical skills: ability to quickly understand different end user requirements, synthesize them, and build supporting documentation and recommendations.Strong Business Understanding: Ability to understand business processes, marry these with the capabilities of technical solutions, and recommend efficient solutions.Fostering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment is important to us.
