Must to have skills :


- Python Developer, Robot Framework and Selenium (3 to 5 years of experience)


- MS SQL Server or Mongo (1 to 2 years of experience)


- Docker/ Kubernetes (1 to 2 years of Overview :


We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong proficiency in Python development and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms, focusing on Python, Robot Framework, and Selenium, as well as knowledge of databases like MS SQL Server or MongoDB and exposure to Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, and Selenium.


- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects.


- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for regression, functional, and load testing.


- Integrate automation scripts with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.


- Work closely with DevOps teams and manage testing environments, including Docker and Kubernetes setups.


- Monitor test execution results, analyze defects, and report test coverage.


- Conduct database validations using SQL Server or MongoDB for backend Skills (Mandatory) :


Python Development :


- 3 to 5 years of experience in Python development.


- Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Python.

Robot Framework :


- Strong hands-on experience in creating automated test scripts using the Robot Automation :


- 3 to 5 years of experience in automating web-based applications using Selenium.


- Writing and maintaining test cases for functional, UI, and performance Skills :


- MS SQL Server or MongoDB (1 to 2 years of experience).


- Ability to perform SQL queries and backend Knowledge :


- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes for managing testing environments (1 to 2 years).


- Proficiency in setting up containers for test execution and automation Skills :


Communication :


- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Collaboration & Teamwork :


- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Problem-solving :


- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and solve issues quickly during test execution.


Adaptability :


- Flexibility to adapt to new tools, technologies, and shifting project requirements in a fast-paced environment.


Time Management & Organization :


- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering results within tight deadlines.
