The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from business and marketing data to inform strategic decisions, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify new opportunities, and enhance overall marketing performance.
Core Delivery of Role
- Data extraction & creation of variables and development of analytical solution (Segmentation/predictive modeling/ Profiling etc.), validate the findings and preparing Business presentation
- Insight Generation: Develop and implement advanced analytical models to uncover consumer Insights, trends, patterns, and insights from business and marketing data.
- Marketing Performance Measurement: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels (digital, social, email, etc.), ROI analysis etc.
- The role holder will be responsible for dashboards, data support, segmentation/scorecards, analytics and customer insights.
- Generate strategic reports, business analytics requirement and deliver ad-hoc analytical requirements
- Interact with data scientists for building analytical solutions towards objective of analytical business delivery. Interact with internal and external technology stakeholders for analytical business delivery. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders.
Required Skill Set & Experience
- Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering/Business.
- Strong proficiency in following tools: Base SAS/SAS Stat, e-Miner / EG, Macros, SQL queries, advanced excel
- At least 7 years of experience with analytics related roles with active interest in Banking/Finance domain.
- Knowledge on Visual BI tools like MS Power BI, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Excellent logical thinking for problem solving with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Motivated and determined candidate with a zeal to handle responsibilities and take initiatives.
