Maintain emergency spare parts, manage breakdowns, and oversee preventive maintenance of equipment.7. Monitor the availability of manpower and other resources within the plant.8. Engage with team members to motivate and foster teamwork, addressing concerns and providing a collaborative environment for their development.Education Qualification-B Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Instrumentation)Experience- 8+ years in Agrochemical Formulation industry.
