Qualification and experience:Graduate in Agri. Engg. or, Agri Science or in any stream with 7 to 10 years of experience in field sales of agri inputs / agri machineries / micro irrigation out of which at least 5 years in drip irrigation is a must. He should be well experienced in dealer management, field promotional activities, and sales force management. Experience in the same area and proficiency in the local language is a must.
