Position: IT Project Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team, preferably with a background in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. The ideal candidate will lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and business objectives. A strong understanding of VMware technologies and exposure to Global Application Delivery (GAD) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and execute IT projects across the entire lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources for successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Oversee implementation and migration of VMware solutions (vSphere, vSAN, NSX).
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.
  • Manage and mentor project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven expertise in VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Experience in the NBFC sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
