Role & responsibilities

  • Market & Product Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends and target demographics for makhana products. Develop product positioning and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

  • Content Creation & Brand Management:

Create compelling consumer-facing copy and marketing literature (brochures, press releases) for the makhana brand. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications and platforms.

  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns:

Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online content. Manage the creation and execution of content calendars.

  • Retail & E-commerce Support:

Provide product positioning and assets for retail channels. Conduct e-commerce audits and support efforts to improve online sales.

  • Campaign Management:

Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of marketing campaigns, including photography and video shoots.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

Work with sales, public relations, production, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with content creators and social media teams.

  • Business Development:

Identify and pursue new marketing channels, retail partners, and collaborations to expand the makhana brand's reach.

  • Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing department's budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Preferred candidate profile

A Fox Nuts (Makhana) Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand awareness, and driving sales for makhana products. Key duties include market research, creating consumer-facing content, managing digital campaigns and social media, overseeing content creation, supporting retail and e-commerce initiatives, collaborating with sales and other departments, and exploring new market opportunities. The role requires a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to translate this into profitable strategies to grow market share.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Any Stream.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing Management (Preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG (FOX NUTS MAKHANA SALES) Industry.
