We are building a diverse, global team of visionaries and changemakers to propel our movement and transform digital wellness.Role – What You’ll Do:- Architect and optimize robust streaming workflows leveraging AWS Media Services (Media Live, Media Convert, Media Package, Media Store, IVS, Cloud Front)- Design high-quality encoding/transcoding for VOD and live streaming- Implement advanced DRM/content protection (Widevine, Fair Play, Play Ready)- Integrate features for interactive live streaming: latency tuning, chat overlays, synchronized data feeds- Monitor and troubleshoot video delivery: Qo E metrics, buffering, bitrates, CDN performance- Collaborate with OTT teams (web, mobile, smart TV) to ensure flawless adaptive bitrate streaming- Optimize cost/quality decisions: encoding ladders, storage, CDN setupWhat We’re Looking For:- Deep hands-on expertise in AWS Media Services and OTT streaming architecture- Advanced skills with codecs/formats: H.264, H.265/HEVC, AV1, MPEG-DASH, HLS, CMAF- Experience with low-latency streaming: LL-HLS, Web RTC, SRT, RTMP- Knowledge of content security: DRM, encrypted delivery, tokenized URLs, geo-blocking- Strong grasp of ABR encoding ladders and Qo E optimization- CDN integration experience (Cloud Front, Akamai, Fastly)- Scripting (Python, Bash, Node.js) for automation and monitoring- Background in OTT application/platform development is a strong plusNice To Have:- Interest in digital wellbeing, healthtech, or mission-driven streaming platforms- Experience deploying scalable, global multi-region workflows- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and impactful user experiencesWhat We Offer:- Remote-first flexibility and a supportive, mindful culture- Purpose-driven work on a world-class wellness platform- Growth opportunities and competitive packages- A chance to shape the future of soul-centric streamingReady to help us stream the future of global wellbeing?Send your CV to or DM us on Linked In
