Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead / Tech Lead Java to spearhead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, with proven expertise in leading engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex, high-performance Java applications.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
  • Enhance and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsProduct, DevOps, and QA—to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.
  • Define and enforce best practices in coding, testing, security, and deployment.
  • Design and deliver cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and Kubernetes.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and resolve system performance bottlenecks.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
  • Proven proficiency in AWS services and cloud infrastructure design.
  • Strong grasp of security best practices, performance optimization, and monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a background in Agile environments.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
