Senior Open Text VIM ConsultantLocation: Remote (India)Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Open Text VIM Consultant with a strong SAP background to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions in SAP environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in Open Text solutions, SAP integration, and process optimization for accounts payable automation.Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver Open Text VIM implementations and support projects within SAP environments.- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Open Text VIM with SAP FI/MM modules.- Design, configure, and optimize workflows for invoice processing, exception handling, and approvals.- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Document technical designs, configuration steps, and solution architecture.- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on Open Text VIM.- Proven track record in end-to-end VIM implementations (minimum 2–3 full-cycle projects).- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI (AP processes), MM, and other relevant modules.- Hands-on expertise in Open Text content management and invoice automation.- Deep understanding of invoice workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have- Exposure to Open Text x ECM, Archiving, and Document Access solutions.- Experience in working with global clients across multiple industries.- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA environments.Why Join Us- Remote work flexibility (India-based).- Opportunity to work on global SAP/Open Text transformation projects.- Collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
