Job Description: SharePoint Developer Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated SharePoint Expert with 8 years IT industry experience and 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end SharePoint portals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, as well as proven expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate for business process automation and workflow solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-end SharePoint portals tailored to business requirements. Manage portal architecture, site collections, content types, workflows, permissions, and security settings. Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability of SharePoint environments. Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and Power Automate to automate business processes and enhance user experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective SharePoint solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for SharePoint solutions and related Microsoft 365 services. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security of all SharePoint content and workflows. Document processes, configurations, and customizations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing Qualifications Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 (Preferred) Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019), including site architecture, content management, and security. Proven experience in end-to-end SharePoint portal design, development, deployment, and maintenance. Strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate for building low-code/no-code business solutions and automating workflows. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration with SharePoint. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in user adoption and change management for SharePoint solutions (Preferred) Strong documentation, presentation and implementation abilities.
