Job DescriptionAls R&D Manager leid en inspireer je het R&D-team en de Product Managers. Je stimuleert productontwikkeling en innovatie. In samenwerking met de sales, productie en kwaliteit zorg je ervoor dat de nieuwe en vernieuwde producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.je ondersteunt de salesafdeling met technisch expertise bij klantenprojecten;

je coördineert projecten en stuurt ze aan. Je definieert hierbij duidelijke doelstellingen en tijdlijnen;

je werkt samen met externe partijen zoals leverancieers en onderzoeksinstituten om innovatieve oplossingen te verkennen en te ontwikkelen;

je rapporteert aan de CEO.

Vereisten

je bent een ervaren voedingstechnoloog, steeds op zoek naar vernieuwing;

je bent gebeten door voeding en ziet opportuniteiten voor vernieuwing;

je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van teams en in het leiden van projecten;

je werkt gestructureerd en bent resultaatsgericht;

je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om te communiceren op alle organisatieniveaus;

je bent een echte people manager die zijn team weet aan te sturen en meekrijgt;

je hebt het vermogen om makkelijk de switch te maken van strategische over tactische naar operationele opdrachten en omgekeerd.
