You will ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, provide troubleshooting for hardware/software/network issues, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support.What You’ll Do:Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and other IT assets.Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard office applications.Handle user onboarding/offboarding (
