Role : Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer at TBA, you will be responsible for conceptualizing ideas and creating visual representations, both in print and electronic media.
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of current design software and tools including Adobe Suite. They should also be able to work on various social media platforms to design for everything from employer branding communication, advertisements to well-researched articles. They will collaborate with the various departments to brainstorm, conceptualize and deliver short videos, animated GIFs and creatives.
Objectives of the role
-Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop designs that meet the provided brief.
-Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the various departments to conceptualize and deliver creatives depending on the client and the project.
-Deliver designs for web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
-Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and videos.
Skills
-Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
-Strong creative thinking skills and ability to come up with out-of-box ideas
-Ability to understand various businesses and talent pools to come up with insightful designs
-Good attention to detail and organizational skills
-Comfortable in handling simple motion graphics, GIF’s and basic animation
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
-Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
-Experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc
-Adobe after effects and Adobe XD is a plus
-3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
