BRIEF OF POSITION:

Pune Gas is looking for a smart and steady welder with a wide range of experience in the same industry to assemble and maintain piping systems with high precision..Who will be taking care of responsibilities like inspecting materials, maintaining tools,performing pre- welding preparations,and welding components according to specifications following safety regulations.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Able to Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  2. Marking and measuring pipe units, fittings and systems
  3. Installation and fabrication of pipelines and servicing them using brain, soldering, welding etc
  4. Inspecting,Assembling the materials required for the welding. Preparing Supplies of the same.
  5. Installation and repairing of gas pressure regulators and devices
  6. Controlling the materials and supplies
  7. Examining completed welds to ensure they are free of defects, smooth and functional
  8. Observe safety regualtions
  9. Cleaning and modifying pipe units,fittings and systems
  10. Find a Source of the Problem and repair ,replace parts and reassemble them.
  11. Certified to perform welding on a boiler, pressure vessel, pressure piping system or fitting.
  12. Analyze weld failures, find and eliminate weld defects, provide expert witness services, and develop welding procedures.
