You’ll make an impact by:

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical rolein designing user interfaces and enhancing user experiences for our financialreporting applications and processes. Working from our Kalwa office, you willcollaborate with a team of developers and business partners to createintuitive, high-quality designs that meet our global standards. Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes,and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, focusing onfinancial reporting processes. User Research: Conduct user research and usabilitytesting to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring auser-centered design approach. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, productmanagers, and global HQ functions to ensure design feasibility and alignmentwith project goals. Visual Design: Develop and maintain a consistent visualstyle and ensure design consistency across all digital platforms, adhering toSiemens' design standards. Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from usersand stakeholders to continuously improve design solutions, with a focus onquality and precision. Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation,including style guides, user flows, and personas, to support the developmentprocess. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends,tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

You’ll win us over by:

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, witha focus on web and mobile applications. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction,or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch,Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principlesand best practices. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, andhigh-fidelity designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Experience in web programming and frameworks (JavaScript,Node.js, React, React Native, CSS, Python) is a plus. Technical adeptness in .NET, C#.Net, MS SQL Server,SharePoint, jQuery, Ajax, Excel VBA is advantageous. Familiarity with modern software engineering methods andtooling (e.g., Git). Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UIdesign work, including case studies that demonstrate your design process andproblem-solving skills.
