Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Technical Interview Panel Expert Experience Level: 20+ years (Frontend + Backend expertise) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to serve as a Technical Interview Panel Expert , responsible for assessing candidates across both frontend and backend technologies. This expert will evaluate web architecture, coding standards, UI/UX fundamentals, and integration of APIs for scalable full-stack applications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical interviews for frontend, backend, and full stack developer candidates. Evaluate candidates on React/Angular, Node.Js, REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD . Review code quality, UI responsiveness, and system architecture design capabilities. Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to define interview structure and technical assessments. Contribute to full-stack technical evaluation templates and skill matrices. Technical Expertise: Frontend: React.Js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript . Backend: Node.Js, Express.Js, Django, or Spring Boot . Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB . DevOps: Docker, Git, AWS, CI/CD pipelines . Knowledge of performance optimization, API design, and system scalability . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Information Technology. 10+ years in full-stack development and team leadership. Prior experience as a technical interviewer / evaluator for developer roles.
