Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Web Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure back-end solutions.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are current.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure all applications adhere to industry best practices and standards.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :
6-8 years of professional experience in PHP web development.
Proven experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
Extensive experience with SQL and database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Understanding of web security best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
