Accountabilities - Lead the Clinical Safety strategy for assigned AstraZeneca drug projects and products.- Conduct continuous safety assessment, evaluation, and risk management of AZ products.- Evaluate adverse events and safety information to manage the safety profile of compounds.- Communicate safety topics across all regulatory safety documents.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality evaluation of safety data.- Contribute to the maintenance of the pharmacovigilance system and processes.
