We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. As a key member of our SAP implementation and support team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions leveraging SAP HANA technology to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Design, implement, and maintain SAP HANA solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.

3. Develop and optimize SAP HANA models, including calculation views, attribute views, and analytical views, to support reporting and analytics requirements.

4. Configure and customize SAP HANA applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.

5. Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the performance of SAP HANA systems and applications.

6. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

8. Stay current with SAP HANA technology trends and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes.

9. Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation.

10. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities, ensuring successful project Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. At least 8 years of experience working as an SAP HANA Consultant, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects.

3. Strong expertise in SAP HANA database administration, data modelling, and performance optimization.

4. Hands-on experience with SAP HANA development tools, including SAP HANA Studio, SAP Web IDE, and SAP HANA Cockpit.

5. Proficiency in SAP HANA scripting languages, such as SQL, SQL Script, and AFL (Application Function Library).

6. Experience with SAP HANA integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

9. SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA) are a plus.

10. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA is desirable but not required.
