Purpose of the Role:

Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.


Description of the role:

  • Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory.
  • Responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territory
  • Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
  • Will be responsible for distributor handling
  • Active participation in partnership programs
  • Supporting BTL activities with key accounts
  • Strategize in driving business successfully in territory
  • Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel


Candidate Requirements

  • Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Candidate should have 6 to 11 years of experience in Consumer products industry
  • Strong channel & distribution management skills


Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities
  • Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist
  • Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments
  • Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities
  • Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
