Purpose of the Role:
Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.
Description of the role:
- Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory.
- Responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territory
- Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
- Will be responsible for distributor handling
- Active participation in partnership programs
- Supporting BTL activities with key accounts
- Strategize in driving business successfully in territory
- Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel
Candidate Requirements
- Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales
- Excellent Communication skills
- Candidate should have 6 to 11 years of experience in Consumer products industry
- Strong channel & distribution management skills
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities
- Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist
- Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments
- Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities
- Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
