Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out arc welding operations as per project and company standards.
  • Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment/tools safely and effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy, strength, and quality of welds in all tasks.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and workplace guidelines at all times.
  • Support the manufacturing team in daily production welding activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Arc Welder in a manufacturing setup.
  • Good knowledge of welding techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
  • Physically fit, dedicated, and safety-conscious.
  • Tamil-speaking candidates are mandatory.
