Are you passionate about architecture and looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? We're seeking a talented architectural intern to join our team and contribute to exciting projects in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. As an architectural intern, you'll work closely with our experienced architects, gaining valuable hands-on experience and honing your skills in design, technical drawing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Assistance: Collaborate with senior architects in the conceptualization and development of architectural projects. Utilize your creativity to generate initial sketches, 3D models, and renderings to visualize design concepts.2. Technical Drawings: Prepare and revise detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.3. Project Research: Conduct research on zoning codes, building materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.4. Site Visits: Accompany senior architects to construction sites for inspections and surveys, ensuring alignment between design plans and on-site execution.5. Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software to create and edit architectural drawings effectively.6. 3D Modeling and Rendering: Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.7. Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including structural engineers and interior designers, to integrate all aspects of the design seamlessly.8. Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations, assisting in the process of obtaining necessary permits.9. Documentation: Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.10. Professional Development: Work towards obtaining your architectural license by accumulating supervised work hours and actively participating in professional development opportunities.11. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to present design ideas, updates, and revisions under the guidance of senior architects.12. Sustainability: Contribute to the integration of sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles into architectural projects.13. Model Building: Participate in physical model making for design presentations and project development.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing a B.Arch degree (4th or 5th Year) or pursuing an M.Arch degree or equivalent in design-related field.- Minimum 6 months internship required, extendable to 1 year upon request.- Strong design, organizational, and communication skills.
