  • Manage Lighting Design for workspaces and other associated facilities with high focus on Visual Comfort and Energy Efficiency
  • Practice a scientific approach to lighting design based on simulations, lux requirements and aspects of Visual Comfort
  • Adopt strategies to maximize day lighting.
  • Adopt lighting control strategies to maximize user comfort and productivity.
  • Manage decorative lighting and external façade lighting requirements.
  • align overall lighting system to building energy performance and green building goals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and external stakeholders, including architects and consultants to integrate overall lighting scheme into building design and functioning.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with green building standards for operations.
  • Assist in educating and training teams on Visual Comfort and Human Centric Lighting concepts.
  • Drive innovation, keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in lighting and green building standards and technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses.
  • Support for Green Building Certifications – LEED/IGBC
  • Manage other Infrastructure related works.
